New Patients

A $150 booking fee is required to secure an appointment related to injectables such as dermal fillers, wrinkle relaxers, or collagen stimulators. This fee must be paid via Zelle or Venmo and will be applied toward your treatment at the time of service.


Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. As a courtesy, each client is eligible for one complimentary reschedule.


Before your appointment, you’ll complete a virtual pre-assessment. This helps your provider prepare and schedule your visit appropriately. You’ll receive an estimated treatment plan with associated costs in advance. Rest assured—a thorough in-person consultation will take place before any treatment begins. During this visit, we’ll discuss your goals in detail and design a personalized plan that takes into account skin quality, muscle movement, facial structure, and volume.


If you decide not to proceed after the pre-assessment, $50 will be refunded and $100 will be retained for the time and expertise provided.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our clients as best as possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:
 
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty. As a courtesy, we will allow one complimentary reschedule per client.

All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.

 

A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be submitted via Zelle or Venmo. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment, or a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied toward future services.

Late Policy

We value your time and the time of all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note our late arrival policy:

 

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this timeframe, we will make every effort to complete your treatment as scheduled.

 

If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, we cannot guarantee that your full treatment can be performed. This may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

 

Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a no-show. In this case, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied toward future treatments.

 

If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. While accommodations cannot always be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist you with rescheduling or adjusting your treatment time when possible.

Payment Information

When paying with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your total. To skip this fee, you’re encouraged to pay with cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
