New Patients
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. For services totaling $300 or more, a $150 deposit is collected. For services under $300, a deposit equal to 50% of the service will be collected. All deposits must be submitted via cash or Zelle and will be applied toward your treatment at the time of service.
For injectable appointments, a virtual pre-assessment is required before your visit. This allows your provider to prepare a personalized plan and schedule your appointment appropriately. You'll receive an estimated treatment plan with associated costs in advance. At your visit, a thorough in-person consultation will take place before any treatment begins — we'll discuss your goals in detail and design a customized plan based on your skin quality, muscle movement, facial structure, and volume.
If you choose not to proceed following the pre-assessment, the deposit will be retained in full for the time and expertise provided.
To schedule an appointment, please email hello@aroaaesthetics.com with your first and last name, phone number, and a brief treatment history (Botox, fillers, and/or collagen stimulators.) We'll respond within 24-48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our clients as best as possible. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty.
As a courtesy, each client is eligible for one complimentary reschedule.
All appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit will not be applied toward future services.
Late Policy
We value your time and the time of all our clients. Please note the following:
We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this window, we will make every effort to complete your treatment as scheduled.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied toward future treatments.
If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible by texting (805) 505-1539. While accommodations cannot always be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist you.
Payment Information
We accept cash, Zelle, and credit card. Please note that credit card payments are subject to 3% processing fee. To avoid this fee, we encourage payment by cash or Zelle.
